    Pulse ForexPeoples Issue №11

    November, 18-24

"Bull markets are born on pessimism, grow on skepticism, mature on optimism, and die on euphoria. The time of maximum pessimism is the best time to buy, and the time of maximum optimism is the best time to sell. If you want to have a better performance than the crowd, you must do things differently from the crowd." John Templeton

    Interesting News

The dollar dropped last week after Fed Chairman-nominee Janet Yellen said monetary stimulus was still needed to spur growth.
At her Nov. 14 congressional hearing, Fed Vice Chairman Yellen indicated she’ll press on with the central bank’s unprecedented monetary stimulus until she sees a robust recovery, downplaying risks the policy is inflating asset bubbles.

Economists forecast the Fed will pare the monthly pace of bond buying to $70 billion at their March 18-19 meeting from the current pace of $85 billion, even after a report showed employers added more jobs than forecast in October.

The Commerce Department will say on Nov. 20 retail sales in the world’s biggest economy were little changed in October after a 0.1 percent decline the previous month, according to the median estimate of economists. A report on the same day will show consumer prices stagnated last month after rising 0.2 percent in September.

    Analytical Forecasts of LiteForex experts

USD/СAD: Wave analysis and forecast for 18.11 – 22.11: Growth in the pair has resumed. A chance of short-term decline as part of correction.

Estimated pivot point is at the level of 1.0175.

    Our opinion:

In the short-term: sell the pair from correction below the level of 1.0525 with the target of 1.0390 - 1.0350.
In the medium-term: wait for the completion of the local correction and buy the pair with the target of 1.07.

Alternative scenario: Breakout of the level of 1.0175 will enable the pair to continue decline to the level of 1.00.

Analysis: It is not excluded that the pair has resumed long-term uptrend and within the daily timeframe the fifth wave of diagonal (c) of the higher level is being formed. Locally it is assumed that ascending momentum as a wave a of expected Zigzag of 5 of (c) has completed.

USD/CHF: Wave analysis and forecast for 18.11 – 22.11: Formation of ascending correction. Growth is likely to continue.

Estimated pivot point is at the level of 0.8889.

    Our opinion:
Buy the pair from correction above the level of 0.8889 with the target of 0.9320 – 0.94.

Alternative scenario: Breakout and consolidation below the level 08889 will enable the pair to continue decline to the level of 0.87 – 0.86.

Analysis: Presumably, formation of the downward impetus as the first wave in the third higher level 1 of iii has completed. Locally, ascending correction as the second wave, which can take a shape of the Zigzag a.b.c. is being formed. If this assumption is correct, the pair will continue to grow to 0.94.

    4.jpg

EUR/USD: Wave analysis and forecast of 18.11 – 22.11: Ascending correction is being formed.

Estimated pivot point is at the level of 1.3295.

    Our opinion:

In the short-term: buy the pair above the level of 1.3295 with the target of 1.36.
In the medium-term: wait for the completion of ascending correction and sell with the target of 1.30.

Alternative scenario: Breakout of the level 1.3295 will enable the pair to continue decline to the levels of 1.31 – 1.30.

Analysis: It is assumed that at the moment ascending correction as the second wave, which can take a shape of the usual Zigzag is being formed, completion of which is estimated at the level of Fibonacci retracement of 62%. If this assumption is true, the pair will continue to decline within the third wave following the completion of the ascending correction.

    6.jpg

GBP/USD: Wave analysis and forecast for 18.11 – 22.11: The pair is likely to decline.

Estimated pivot point is at the level of 1.6260.

    Our opinion:
Wait for the completion of the ascending correction and sell the pair below the level of 1.6260 with the target of 1.57.

Alternative scenario: Breakdown of the level of 1.6260 will enable the pair to continue growth up to the levels of 1.64 – 1.65.

Analysis: Presumably, downward correction as the second wave, which can take a shape of a plane or a double three is in progress. At the moment upward correction is being formed. If this assumption is true, after its completion the pair will continue to decline.

    7.jpg

    8.jpg

USD/JPY: Wave analysis and forecast for 18.11 – 22.11: Growth potential in the pair remains.

Estimated pivot point is at the level of 97.60.

    Our opinion:
Buy the pair from correction above the level of 99.10 with the target levels of 101.0 – 102.0.

Alternative scenario: Breakout of the level of 97.60 will enable the pair to continue decline to the levels of 96.0 - 95.0.

Analysis: Presumably, the third wave of the higher level iii of 1 of (5) is being formed, in which the wave 3of iii is rapidly developing. If this assumption is true, it makes sense to expect that ascending movement within the third wave will continue.

    Weekly PAMM review

Hi. Let’s look at results of last week. Active registration of new PAMM-accounts goes on: 44 new accounts were added to the public monitoring, total amount of active accounts is about 270 units.

    Week profit TOP10:

    Топ 10 прибыль нед.jpg

    Fig.1

Profit champion is Strike [123761]: week profit is 182%, 2 week (age of account) profit is 203%. Time will show how long will live this account.

Noone of TOP traders has shown stability of trading. The most effective looks Magnolia Basket Step [78585], age of account is 14 months. Total profit is 81%, there is a sense to look for entrance at DD – this can help to increase profitability in future.

    Total profit TOP10:

    Топ 10 прибыль анг.jpg

    Fig.2

There were no serious changes at TOP10 of total profit rating. 12% were earned by Offensive Trading [106068], gap between both leaders is still the least. One should know that all TOP traders are relatively new managers: there is no account with the age more than 1 year at TOP10. This can be explained easily: high risks with relatively high profit does not means stability and reliability. Most of aggressive managers don’t live till 3-4 months.

Common invested capital of 10 biggest PAMM-accounts has grown till $635 110, week growth is 10%. There were no changes at equity rating during last week.

Pay attention please to PAMM of BattleToadSystem [86559]:

    44.jpg

    Fig.4

Age of account is 8 months, profit is 76%. It’s not much as compared with leaders, but this account looks profitably by stability of results, many of managers needs this stability, restore factor is 6.23. Nowadays this account got DD – it’s the best time for investing.

There will be a new review in the end of this week. Note, please, that everything wrote here, is just a view, not a rule for actions. All questions you can ask here.

Good luck and profits for all!
